Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive related experience; DHS clearance possible.
• Outstanding writing and documentation skills; ability to produce clear content.
• Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective communicator.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge management documentation, assets, templates, workflows, and training aids.
• Create, update, publish, and maintain knowledge articles per standards and taxonomy.
• Lead updates to legacy articles to align with new guidelines for usability.
• Maintain master inventory of articles, metadata, ownership, and lifecycle status.
• Coordinate with authors and stakeholders to validate content and priorities.
• Draft communications about knowledge management initiatives and cycles.
• Develop templates and reusable content components for documentation consistency.
• Create training materials including guides and job aids.
• Monitor knowledge management activities and identify improvement opportunities.
