Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to lead enterprise KM initiatives under the GMOS contract for the Department of State.

The role focuses on developing KM strategies, governance, and self-service content to improve knowledge accessibility across a global IT environment. You will guide a high-performing team, align KM practices with ITIL, and ensure data flow and documentation standards meet federal requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 13 years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience leading enterprise KM programs and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing the knowledge lifecycle from creation to retirement.
• Experience developing KBAs, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Experience integrating KM with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Desk processes.
• Experience managing KM repositories and content management systems.
• Experience establishing KM metrics and governance across technical and business teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical/management leadership for KM program development across a global enterprise.
• Establishes enterprise KBA development strategy and conducts semi-annual reviews with stakeholders.
• Establishes enterprise SOP development strategy aligned with ITIL and standards.
• Directs technical documentation strategy, maintaining enterprise architecture and data flow docs.
• Establishes training and user enablement strategy to improve user autonomy.
• Oversees KM repository management ensuring compliance with Federal requirements and integration with tools.
• Manages website strategy covering collaboration, content management, records management, and business processes.
• Provides leadership on major assignments with responsibility for financials, methods, and staffing.
