Job summary

829 Studios is seeking an E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to lead lifecycle marketing initiatives, hands-on with Klaviyo and other automation tools. You will own campaign calendars, optimize performance, and partner with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to drive client success.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• Experience leading strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Strong familiarity with email marketing service providers and marketing automation technologies.
• Proven track record with cross-functional collaboration and achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Experience with client engagements around marketing automation technology, email marketing, and/or lead generation.
• Experience within the digital advertising landscape and related technologies.
• Familiarity with marketing initiatives and goals; comfort with business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reports.
• Relevant work experience in a marketing role focusing on lead generation and nurturing.
• SMS experience in platforms like Sakari and Attentive.

Responsibilities

• Own email marketing initiatives - strategies, programs, and calendars.
• Deploy targeted email campaigns with timely delivery.
• Review monthly performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to ensure on-time project delivery.
