829 Studios is seeking an E-commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own lifecycle marketing on Klaviyo and drive performance for client campaigns. You’ll coordinate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams in a fast-paced agency setting.

You will lead email strategy, calendar planning, and cross-functional execution, while shaping client conversations and delivering data-driven insights. Remote and Boston-office options available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
• Experience leading strategy for an e-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms.

Responsabilités

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review monthly performance reports and provide recommendations.
• Lead and manage email marketing initiatives and calendars.
• Own client relationships and define campaign vision.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Provide email marketing thought leadership.
