829 Studios is seeking an E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-driven lifecycle programs and collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams. You will communicate insights, optimize automation and audience strategies, and guide campaigns to drive client success.

The role emphasizes leadership in email marketing, data-driven decision making, and a product-owner mindset to shape how we service clients on Klaviyo and related automation tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience - agency experience strongly preferred.
• 2 years of Klaviyo experience at a minimum.
• Experience leading and executing strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with ESPs and marketing automation tech like Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze, etc.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budgets.
• Review monthly performance reports and provide recommendations.
• Own email marketing calendars and strategies across programs.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
