829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E‑Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to lead lifecycle programs in Klaviyo and drive performance for client accounts. You’ll own campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor peers while shaping automation and audience strategies across ecommerce brands.

In this hybrid role, you’ll balance client engagement with hands-on execution, analytics, and proactive optimization within a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in email marketing, agency experience preferred.
• 2+ years Klaviyo experience required.
• Proven experience leading ecommerce email programs.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing plans and calendar execution.
• Review monthly performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Lead campaign deployment and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid teams to integrate initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership on Email and Automation.
