Job summary

829 Studios seeks an E‑commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own lifecycle campaigns, in-platform Klaviyo work, and client conversations. You will drive performance, automation setups, audiences, and data-driven insights within a fast-paced, integrated agency.

You’ll collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams while mentoring others and shaping how clients are served on Klaviyo.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
• Experience leading strategy for an e-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with ESPs and automation tools (Marketo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client satisfaction track record.
• SMS experience in platforms like Sakari and Attentive.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with recommendations for future programs.
• Own email marketing calendars and campaign execution across teams.
• Manage client relationships and define campaign vision with the team.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns and cross‑functional coordination.
