UMAEZ LLC seeks a hands-on Klaviyo expert to own email and SMS retention for our DTC brands. You will build flows (welcome, post-purchase, renewal), manage campaigns, and maintain audience segmentation to drive engagement and revenue.

You’ll run A/B tests, ensure QA, and deliver insightful performance reports in a fast-paced, remote team. Owners of the role collaborate with Head of Retention, Growth, and creatives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building and managing Klaviyo flows and campaigns.
• Experience in e-commerce/DTC with subscription models.
• Strong QA discipline with zero live-errors policy.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage all email and SMS flows in Klaviyo (welcome, post-purchase, renewal).
• Set up and run campaigns on schedule and to brief.
• Develop audience segmentation for flows and campaigns.
• Run and report A/B tests with clear readouts.
• Own QA across every send with zero live errors.
• Pull weekly/monthly performance reports and track KPIs.
