Job summary

UMAEZ LLC is seeking a remote E‑Commerce Retention Specialist to own Klaviyo execution across email and SMS flows. You will build, test, optimize, and report on lifecycle communications for subscription customers, coordinating with growth and creative teams.

You should bring hands-on Klaviyo experience, Shopify familiarity, and a strong QA discipline to ensure zero errors across launches. This role supports multiple brands in a fast-paced, async team.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Klaviyo experience — flows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting.
• Experience with Shopify and ecommerce tech stack integration with retention tools.
• Strong QA discipline: no broken links, missing UTMs, or rendering issues.
• Data literacy to read performance data and suggest clear actions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage all email and SMS flows in Klaviyo — welcome, post-purchase, renewal, cancel, win-back, and recovery flows.
• Set up and manage campaigns — promotional sends, launches, seasonal, upsell, and re-engagement.
• Maintain audience segmentation feeding flows and campaigns across lifecycle stages.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, content variations, and offers; report insights and actions.
• Own QA across every send: links, UTMs, rendering, deliverability, list hygiene.
• Pull regular performance reports; track KPIs like open rates, CTR, revenue per recipient.
• Maintain the email/SMS calendar with planned sends and launches.
• Stay current on Klaviyo updates and deliverability best practices.
