Zusammenfassung

Openkrill is seeking a hands-on Klaviyo expert to own email and SMS marketing for an ecommerce consumer products business. You’ll build campaigns, automate customer journeys, segment audiences, and leverage data to drive repeat purchases and revenue.

You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization of flows (welcome, cart abandonment, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, retention) and work with creative and ecommerce teams to maximize impact across promotions and launches.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Proven email and SMS marketing experience in e-commerce or DTC.
• Experience building automated flows and customer journeys.
• Segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing expertise.
• Able to analyze revenue, conversion, open, click, and retention metrics.
• Strong copy, merchandising, and promotional instincts.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of deliverability and compliance best practices.
• Experience marketing consumer products is a plus.

• Own email and SMS marketing strategy and execution in Klaviyo.

• Manage campaign calendars around promotions, launches, and key selling periods.
• Partner with creative and e-commerce teams on messaging, offers, and assets.
• Run A/B tests across subject lines, content, offers, timing, and audiences.
• Monitor deliverability and list health.
• Track revenue, conversion, engagement, and retention performance.
• Use performance data to improve email and SMS results.
