Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a strategic retention marketing leader to own lifecycle programs for a portfolio of eCommerce brands. This role focuses on driving repeat purchases, maximizing LTV, and scaling revenue through Klaviyo and SMS flows.

You will design monthly calendars, write high-converting copy, audit automations, analyze metrics, and partner with design and paid media teams. Fully remote, competitive compensation, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing within DTC eCommerce or agency space.
• Proven copywriting ability for high-converting direct-response campaigns.
• Klaviyo mastery and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong strategic thinking from insights to roadmaps.
• Experience with Shopify and SMS platforms (Attentive, Postscript).
• Excellent client-facing communication and project collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly email and SMS calendars across a portfolio of brands.
• Create compelling, brand-aligned copy for campaigns and flows.
• Audit and optimize automation to improve metrics across the funnel.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead strategy calls and manage client relationships for retention growth.
• Collaborate with designers, implementers, and paid media teams.
• Leverage AI tools and segmentation to personalize experiences.
