Job summary

Openkrill, a fast-growing DTC health and wellness brand, seeks a CRM Manager to own the customer lifecycle in Klaviyo and drive retention strategies for subscriptions. This remote role combines hands-on journey-building with data-driven optimisation and strategic input to boost lifetime value.

You will own CRM across email, SMS, and WhatsApp, lead A/B testing, and collaborate with creative teams to iterate assets based on performance, reporting on incremental impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning a CRM programme end to end.
• Hands-on Klaviyo expertise with complex journeys.
• Strong understanding of flow performance, attribution and incremental revenue.
• Experience in a subscription-led business.
• Familiarity with subscription platforms like Skio or Recharge.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle in Klaviyo, including onboarding, education, replenishment, pre-billing, failed payments, save and skip, and winback journeys.
• Analyze flow, customer and cohort performance to identify revenue leakage.
• Develop retention strategies based on churn drivers rather than blanket saves.
• Convert high-intent one-time customers into subscribers.
• Own CRM activity across email, SMS and WhatsApp and manage deliverability.
