Brandworks Detroit, LLC is seeking an Email Specialist to build and optimize client email programs, mainly in Klaviyo. You’ll collaborate with strategy, UX, copy, and account teams to drive engagement, retention, and conversions across brands.

You will plan, deploy, and automate campaigns, manage segmentation, test thoroughly, and monitor deliverability and metrics to inform improvements. Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, preferably at a branding or marketing agency.
• Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo: automation, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email layout tweaks.
• Strong understanding of data hygiene, deliverability, and audience management.
• Attention to detail with thorough testing and QA.

Responsabilités

• Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
• Manage segmentation, tagging, and data structure for personalized communications.
• Perform QA testing for functionality, rendering, and deliverability before sends.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to internal teams.
• Build and manage automations including welcome, cart, and re-engagement flows.
• Maintain and evolve email templates and flow libraries for consistency.
• Ensure CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and deliverability best practices.
• Stay current on Klaviyo updates and industry trends.
