829 Studios, a Boston-based digital marketing agency, seeks an E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-driven campaigns and lifecycle programs. You will partner with Client Services, Web, and Paid Media teams to drive performance, automation, and audience strategies.

You will lead email calendars, deploy campaigns on schedule, and champion data-driven insights while fostering client relationships and thought leadership on the Email and Automation Team.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of email marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
• Experience leading strategy for an e-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with ESPs and marketing automation tools like Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze, etc.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and client-facing success.
• Experience with marketing automation, lead generation and lead nurturing.

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives and calendars.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Own email marketing thought leadership and strategy.
• Coordinate with Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to ensure project completion.
• Multitask and manage multiple agile deadlines.
