Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a versatile kitchen team member to prepare and serve breakfast and lunch, assist with catering, and perform all kitchen tasks as needed.

You will set up serving lines, prep according to menus, and ensure food is held at proper temperatures. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with willingness to learn Opaa! recipes, HACCP procedures, FIFO inventory, and safe handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Assist in the preparation of foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized.
• Handle customer monies at service time and use the POS system as required.
