You will operate equipment, follow recipes, manage serving lines, monitor temperatures, and help with inventory and safety procedures. A high school diploma or GED and basic food-service experience are preferred.

• Set up serving lines and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation according to menu plans and recipes.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and FIFO inventory practices.
• Maintain dishwashing and kitchen cleanliness; restock as needed.
• Assist with daily records, meal counts, and attendance of safety procedures.
