Job summary

Opaa! Food Management is seeking team-oriented staff to support breakfast and lunch service, assist with catering functions, and perform tasks across all kitchen positions. You will prepare foods, set up serving lines, and ensure proper food temperatures while maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities include following recipes per Opaa! standards, operating equipment with certification, and helping with inventory, plating, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to follow recipes and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure food held at correct temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to FIFO procedures.
• Assist in cleaning kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces.
• Requisition food and supplies through Kitchen Manager; present baked goods.
• Batch cook to maintain quality and presentation; set up serving lines.
