Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and menus.
• Basic math skills for portioning and cash handling.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Assist in food prep and batch cooking as directed.
• Operate kitchen equipment with basic safety.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and FIFO inventory.
• Assist with cash handling and meal counting as needed.
• Support daily dishwashing and sanitation duties.
