Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience is acceptable.

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand fractions/percentages.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Familiar with kitchen equipment and food safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily serving line setup and ensure foods are held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu plans and Opaa! recipes; batch cook as needed.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and practice FIFO inventory.
• Record daily production and follow HACCP and safety procedures.
