Opaa! Food Management is seeking a dedicated kitchen helper to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings and assist with serving lines. You will participate in occasional catering and perform a variety of kitchen tasks to ensure smooth meal service.

The role requires adherence to recipes, temperature controls, and HACCP guidelines. Responsibilities include setting up serving lines, batch cooking, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and follow menus and recipes and work with kitchen equipment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare foods for meal service according to menu plan and Opaa! recipes.
• Assist in set-up of serving lines and ensure proper food temperatures.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and safety.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and adhere to FIFO inventory practices.
• Assist in daily dishwashing, keeping areas clean and free of debris.
• Handle cash and POS duties as required during service.
