Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare and serve breakfast and lunch offerings, assist with catering, and perform all kitchen positions as needed.

The role involves setting up serving lines, preparing foods per menu, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining HACCP-compliant practices. This position supports menu execution and hospitality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one-month related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of serving lines and ensure food is held at required temperatures
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and dishwashing area
• Maintain FIFO inventory and keep cooler/storage clean
