Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catering.

You will perform all kitchen positions as needed and help maintain food safety and quality throughout service. Responsibilities include batch cooking, proper food temperatures, FIFO inventory, and assist with daily prep for the next menus. Positions vary by state and pay rates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience, training, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and menus.
• May require basic food safety knowledge and adherence to HACCP guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines.
• Assist in food preparation per menu plan and Opaa! recipes.
• Maintain clean work areas and proper food temperatures; operate kitchen equipment with required certification.
