Job summary

Opaa! Food Management is seeking staff to prepare and serve meals, assist with catering, and perform duties across kitchen stations. You will help set up serving lines, ensure foods are held at correct temperatures, and assist in recipe preparation according to menu plans.

You will work with equipment including slicers, mixers, and ovens, aiming for high-quality presentation and hospitality. Training is provided, with pay varying by state and position.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos; write simple correspondence.
• Mathematical Skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide; compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up of serving lines and keep items at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized; maintain FIFO for inventory.
