Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand menu plans and recipes.
• Willingness to follow HACCP and food safety logs.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Assist in food prep per menu and plan ahead for next day’s menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and care.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and dishwashing zone.
• Prepare baked goods as required and present to customers attractively.
• Batch cook to ensure quality and presentation.
