Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a versatile kitchen associate to support breakfast and lunch service, prep meals per menu, and assist with occasional catering events.

You will work across kitchen stations to ensure timely service and high-quality presentation. This role requires the ability to read simple instructions, follow recipes, operate slicers, mixers, ovens, and other equipment safely, and maintain clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and menus.
• Basic math for portions and recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cafeteria environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with serving lines and maintain proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to the menu plan and recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and practice FIFO.
• Assist with dishwashing and equipment upkeep.
