Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a versatile kitchen team member to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and support catering events. You will work across kitchen stations to ensure food is prepared and kept at safe temperatures.

You will follow Opaa! recipes, operate basic kitchen equipment, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and help with daily production records. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow safety procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and follow recipes.
• Good math skills for portioning and counting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure food is held at correct temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for the next day.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and dishwashing zones.
• Record daily production and follow FIFO procedures and HACCP logs.
• Serve items with appropriate portions and hospitality.
