Job summary

Dash In is hiring Kitchen Associate to join our Back of House team in a fast-paced 24/7 retail kitchen environment. You will prepare meals, follow food safety standards, and assist with daily kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires 1 year of food service experience, flexibility for day/night shifts, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Shifts include 6 am–2 pm and 2–11 pm, with opportunities for career growth within the Wills Group family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older; successful background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality standards to prepare meals
• Monitor prep levels and keep station organized and clean
• Restock and organize prep area for efficient service
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with delivery and staging of ingredients
• Engage with guests to provide a positive dining experience

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year offood service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• ActiveServSafecertification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
