Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Kitchen Associate to support a 24/7 retail kitchen, ensuring every dish meets safety and quality standards while delivering a great guest experience.

You will manage prep, station organization, deliveries, and equipment operation, all while maintaining cleanliness and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (or ability to complete company-paid GED).
• 1 year of food service experience; line cook or prep cook preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Tech-savviness with POS software and ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety, sanitation and quality standards.
• Monitor prep levels and keep station organized and ready to serve.
• Restock, organize and maintain a tidy prep area.
• Receive deliveries and store them properly for the cooking line.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and slicers with safety.
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized experience.
• Lift and move heavy items up to 65 pounds using proper technique.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year offood service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• ActiveServSafecertification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
