Job summary

You ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience, guiding clienteling, registry, and conciergerie coaching. You will support store operations and activations, including events, demonstrations, and financial auditing, while monitoring floor activity

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong visible presence.
• Support performance and development for the team to encourage growth.
• Provide timely feedback to associates and share observations with leadership.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, and procedures.
• Understand company policies including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
• Promote sales while acting as Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Review business results, plans, customer feedback, and associate performance with leadership.
• Ensure all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service.
