Job summary

Chick-fil-A Uptown is seeking a Back of House Leader to manage daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment, uphold food safety standards, and coach team members. You will support the Kitchen Director and report to the Kitchen Director, ensuring speed and accuracy across shifts.

The role requires 18+ and willingness to work 9-hour shifts, nights and weekends, with up to 40 hours per week. Competitive pay up to $21.00 per hour and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong emphasis on food safety and quality.
• Ability to coach team members in shifts.
• Willingness to be on call when needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Lead and coach team members during shifts.
• Assist with training new hires.
• Maintain speed of service while upholding accuracy.
• Open and/or close the kitchen/act as key holder when scheduled.
• Monitor prep levels, waste, and product handling.
• Communicate clearly with Front of House leadership and senior leaders.
• Hold team members accountable with professionalism and care.
