Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support daily operations and coach team members in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will help drive exceptional guest service, lead by example, and set a positive tone for the shift.

You will contribute to operational excellence, participate in opening/closing and shift leadership, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining strong communication with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.

• Assist in training new hires and set a positive shift tone.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, act as key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize the day; ensure accuracy.
• Maintain strong written and spoken communication.
