Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations while maintaining our high standards of quality and service.

With limited supervision, you coach team members, manage schedules, ensure food safety, and support Kitchen Managers to run efficient shifts across the restaurant. This role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within Bloomin' Brands.

Formación

• Certified trainer in back-of-house functions.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 21.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high employment standards per Bloomin' Brands.
• Assist in kitchen opening crew setup.
• Check schedule for incoming team members.
• Coach on security procedures and lead by example.
• Review close from night before and daily inventory.
• Support timely ticket flow and ensure cook times meet standards.
• Adhere to sanitation, temperature and food safety rules.
