Carrabba’s Italian Grill is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support back-of-house operations and uphold restaurant kitchen standards. The ideal candidate will lead, coach, and train team members while ensuring efficiency in opening, running, and closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Certified trainer in any back-of-house functions.
• Assessment testing with passing grade.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high kitchen standards per Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Assist opening crew setup and manage kitchen flow.
• Check schedules and onboard new team members.
• Coach on security procedures; supervise daily health and sanitation checks.
• Evaluate nightly close and inventory; receive orders and track shelf-life.
• Monitor temps on freezer and dishwasher; ensure timely ticket flow and cook times.
