Wind Creek Atmore is seeking a Kitchen Worker responsible for cleaning plate ware, glassware, cooking equipment and utensils used in the restaurant program. The Kitchen Worker also assists with the preparation of food products as directed by the Culinary Team leadership.

Applicants must meet basic requirements: high school diploma or GED, be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, willing to work nights, weekends and holidays, and able to communicate effectively.

Qualificações

• Maintains strict hygiene standards at all times.
• Maintains cleanliness of dish room and kitchen areas.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Responsabilidades

• Cleans plate ware, glassware, and cooking equipment used in the restaurant program.
• Assists with food preparation as directed by Culinary Team leadership.
• Follows operating policies and procedures without deviation.
• Informs kitchen leadership of inventory/supply needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned
