Job summary

Wind Creek Wetumpka is seeking a Kitchen Worker to support food production, clean dishes, and assist with prep under the Culinary Team. The role emphasizes hygiene and teamwork in a casino kitchen.

Shift is 2pm-10:30pm, subject to change based on business needs. A Tribal Gaming License (or ability to obtain one) is required, with a high school diploma or GED as a condition of continued employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or in the process of completion within six months as a condition of continued employment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to strict hygiene standards at all times.
• Cleans and maintains the dish room and kitchen areas.
• Assists with food preparation under Culinary Team leadership.
• Maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Notifies kitchen leadership of inventory and supply needs.
• Operates in compliance with safety and internal control standards.
