Job summary

Wind Creek Chicago Southland is seeking a Kitchen Worker to clean dishware, glassware, and utensils and assist with food preparation under the Culinary Team leadership. The role requires compliance with hygiene standards and a willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Willingness and ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular and frequent basis.
• Ability to adequately and successfully perform all aspects of this position.
• Must possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required.
• Must have an Occupational License or the ability to obtain and maintain a license pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act.

• Be knowledgeable of Minimum Internal Control Standards and Fiscal Policies and Procedures.
