Job summary

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Wantagh, NY is seeking a Kitchen BOH Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations during high-volume shifts. You’ll supervise staff, ensure recipes and food safety standards, and keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient.

You’ll help manage labor, control waste, train and motivate the team, and uphold Anthony’s standards for taste and presentation while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications
