Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for the E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami, overseeing back-of-house food production and supervising kitchen staff. You will train team members, ensure quality and safety, and support Executive Chefs in delivering efficient operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant experience with supervisory duties, strong leadership, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education is required.
• 1–2 years of restaurant experience or supervisory experience preferred.
• Leadership skills and ability to multitask under pressure are essential.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise cook and kitchen staff activities.
• Monitor kitchen stock and assist with inventory management.
• Monitor the quality of food being prepared and presented.
• Train new hires and coach employees as needed.
• Assist with cost of goods sold and workforce hours management.
• Ensure compliance with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
