Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks an Assistant Director of Front Office for E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami, FL. Under the Director's guidance, you will oversee daily Front Office operations, act as main contact for guests, and support department communications to meet hotel standards.

You will lead guest services staff, drive revenue, and ensure SOP compliance while coordinating with Accounting and other departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a hotel Front Office or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency in Windows and company-approved spreadsheets & word processing.
• Valid driver's license from the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and discipline Guest Services staff per SOPs.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll reporting.
• Maximize room revenue and monitor occupancy and rate variance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Credit to resolve issues.
