Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• High school graduate, some college.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• 2 years in a kitchen/cook role.
• Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily receiving, storage, and preparation of all food products.
• Counts waste and performs protein and inventory tasks.
• Ensures food meets recipe specs and quality standards.
• Maintains health and safety regulation compliance.
• Supports Chef and Sous Chef and assists during shifts.
