Job summary

Palio is a well-established, full-service casual dining restaurant in Siena, Italy, seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead our back-of-house team and coordinate with the restaurant management.

You will work closely with the Chef to supervise prep, utility duties, and line cook activities, ensuring our mission of delivering memorable dining experiences remains front and center. Prior Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience is preferred.

• Back of house experience and proficiency across kitchen roles.
