Palio is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations in a full-service casual dining setting. You will oversee prep, line cook functions, and general utility duties while collaborating with the Chef to execute our mission.

Qualifications

• Back-office experience required; proficient in all kitchen positions.
• Experience assisting the Chef and supervising duties as needed.
• Strong teamwork and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant back of house / kitchen teams and assist the manager team.
• Work with Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience as preferred.
