Job summary

Palio is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations. The role covers prep, utility duties, and line cook functions, and requires close collaboration with the Chef to ensure quality and consistency across our scratch kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experienced back of house employee proficient in prep, general utility duties and line cook functions.

• Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience is preferred.
