Responsibilities

• Promote superior guest service and maintain a positive culture per Spirit of Tâlícn and ilani Core Values.
• Supervise utilities team members and assist with steward operations.
• Coordinate with Facilities for preventive maintenance of key kitchen equipment.
• Conduct supply inventories and report shortages.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for quality and compliance.
• Manage equipment, china, glass, and silver; ensure sanitation standards.
• Provide training on sanitation, chemical usage, and safety procedures.
• Inform Executive Steward of relevant information and assist with budgeting goals.
