Job summary

VH Hospitality is seeking a reliable kitchen steward to support daily food preparation operations in our hotel. You will clean, sanitize and store all pots and pans, assist culinary staff as needed, and help maintain a sanitary kitchen environment.

This role operates seven days a week, with shifts that may include weekends or extended hours to meet business needs. Indoor work in a busy hotel kitchen with temperature variations and noise.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, pots and pans in the hotel.
• Ensure restaurant and banquet kitchens have sufficient items and racks for daily operations.
• Maintain proper sanitation of all kitchens and food preparation areas, including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, tables and floors.
