The role involves loading and operating the dishwasher, maintaining clean dishware and glassware, and supporting overall kitchen cleanliness across Food & Beverage outlets. It requires teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 month related experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dishwasher and related equipment.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Restock clean dishware and organize the dish area.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and storage spaces.
• Assist in kitchen support tasks during busy periods.
• Be flexible to work across Food & Beverage outlets and holidays.
