Job summary

Guest Services Inc. is seeking a General Utility to support our dining facilities, responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and maintaining service areas with attention to sanitation standards.

The role includes assisting with basic food prep, stocking supplies, and performing routine housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe dining environment aligned with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking supplies using proper sanitation procedures.
• Pull trash from trash receptacles and replace bags as needed.
• Clear trash from tables, floors and dining areas.
• Clean floor area after spills per safety guidelines.
• Stock condiments, utensils, and supplies as needed.
• Load and unload inventory from trucks.
• Maintain clean kitchen, serving, and dining areas at all times.
• Report safety issues to management.
