Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware to high sanitation standards.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper sanitization of all kitchenware.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, walk-ins, and refrigerators.
• Assist kitchen staff with prep and mise en place as needed.
