Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking Kitchen Staff I to maintain cleanliness in the dining room and kitchen areas, operate the dishwasher, and ensure sanitation in a remote, rotating schedule. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to SOPs, and world-class guest service while supporting meal services during 6 weeks on/2 weeks off rotations.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of dishwashing experience, be able to communicate in English, and possess or obtain food safety and first aid

Qualifications

• 6+ months dishwashing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and urinalysis.
• Must provide own transportation to the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishware, cookware, utensils, equipment, and dining/kitchen areas.
• Operate and sanitize the mechanical dishwasher.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for manual dishwashing procedures.
• Restock coolers and displays in the dining room.
• Follow Target Hospitality SOPs, JSAs, and safety policies.
