Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking Kitchen Staff I to maintain cleanliness of dishware, cookware, and dining areas while operating the dishwasher. You will follow HACCP guidelines and safety protocols in a rotating schedule.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. We offer housing and meals on rotation, health coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ months dishwashing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Ability to work with or without supervision.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work long rotations away from home.
• Must pass background check and urinalysis.
• Must provide own transportation to the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, dishware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen areas.
• Operate and sanitize the mechanical dishwasher.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for proper manual dishwashing procedures.
• Restock coolers and displays in the dining room.
• Follow sanitation guidelines within SOPs and policies.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in emergency procedures.
• Exceed guests' needs with world-class service.
• Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor or manager.
